This website is owned and operated by Alberta Dental Association (ADA). All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, the use of this website and any order or purchase made through the facilities of this website shall be governed by the laws of the province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

You may only purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes and any other use is not permitted. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you, the cardholder.

The ADA may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars.

The ADA reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you or any group can purchase.

Consent to the Use of Photographic Images

An event photographer and videographer will be onsite at the event. Registrations and attendance at the Alberta Dental Team Summit constitute an agreement by the registrant(s) to the use and distribution of the registrant/attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, and electronic reproductions. If you do not wish to have your photo used, please notify us in writing at events@albertadentalassociation.ca so we can provide you with a special lanyard that will tell our photographer that you prefer to not have your photo taken.

Consent to share contact information with approved event-related third parties

By registering for this event, you consent to the sharing of your contact information (name, email address, and organization) with approved event-related third parties, such as sponsors, exhibitors, or other attendees, for purposes directly related to event networking, promotions, or follow-up communications. If you do not wish to have your contact information shared, please notify us in writing at events@albertadentalassociation.ca.

Passwords and Security

If you use a password to access this Site or any portion of it, then you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your account or with your password. In the event that the confidentiality of your account or password is compromised in any manner, you will notify The ADA immediately. The ADA reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, to ensure the security of the Site and your account, including without limitation, terminating your account, changing your password or requesting information to authorize transactions on your account. Notwithstanding the above, the ADA may rely on the authority of anyone accessing your account or using your password and in no event will the ADA be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of (i) any action or inaction of the ADA under this provision, (ii) any compromise of the confidentiality of your account or password, and (iii) any unauthorized access to your account or use of your password.

All Site Materials are owned by the ADA and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark and other laws. All video footage is protected by copyright and is for private use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, in whole or in part, without expressed written permission from the rights holder is strictly prohibited.

The collective designs and/or logos which are either trademarks or registered trademarks of the ADA (and other registered trademarks owned by the ADA), our Sponsor Partners and all other parties associated with the ADA may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the ADA and our associated parties.
