Reminder: The Event is All-Inclusive

That means all the fun social events, delicious food, and amazing speakers are all included in your registration fee. Take advantage of all the Summit has to offer!

Bring Your Dental Scrap

K&C Precious Metals Inc. will be on-site to analyze and purchase any dental scrap you have collected, so be sure to bring yours along!

Park Pass

All visitors with a vehicle must purchase a Park Pass for entry into Banff National Park.

This can be purchased at the entry gate or online.

Parking

For those staying overnight at the Fairmont
Upon arrival, pull up to the bell desk to unload. Go to the front desk to check in and obtain your room key, which gives you access to the self-parking lot located past the Convention Centre. Parking will be added to your room charge at a convention rate of $30/day.

For those traveling for the day
Limited 4-hour street parking is available in addition to the self-parking lots. Use the kiosk to pay before joining the Summit.

• Complimentary EV charging available

Dress Code & Weather

Business casual is recommended for sessions. Feel free to embrace more relaxed or athletic casual attire for the Summit Icebreaker Challenge and dress in your best mountain casual with a glow twist for the Après Ski mixer.

Please note that all scheduled programming is indoors, but conference spaces tend to be on the cooler side. This time of year, the weather in Banff typically ranges from 5°C to 15°C (41°F to 59°F). We recommend packing layers, a light jacket, comfortable shoes, and an umbrella for changing weather.

All events are included in your registration. You'll get your tickets at the registration desk when checking in on Thursday. Family or guest tickets can be purchased online through the registration link in your registration confirmation email.

Welcome Summit Event: The Summit Icebreaker Challenge
Thursday | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Kick off the Summit with energy and connection at the Summit Icebreaker Challenge. Inspired by the 2026 Winter Olympics, attendees will join their teammates - or be matched with others - to tackle a series of fun challenges.

Signature Social: The Après Ski Mixer
Friday | 6:00 PM - 11:00PM
Room/Location: Cascade Ballroom, Mezzanine Level 2

Say "ski ya later, winter!" as we wrap up the day with our Après Ski-themed mixer, the ultimate send-off to winter. Guests will enjoy cozy favorites like fondue, pretzels, and family-friendly activities before the energy shifts at 8:00 p.m. From there, the lights go down for a glow-in-the-dark dance party.

Rejuvenate with Morning Yoga
Saturday | 7:30 - 8:15AM

Pack your own yoga mat and appropriate clothing if you would like to attend the March 28 morning yoga session. Spaces are limited, so please sign up at the registration desk.

Dietary Concerns

Most meals will be served buffet-style and labeled accordingly. If you haven't done so when registering, you can share your preferences by visiting the registration desk as soon as possible upon arrival, so we can ensure suitable options are available.

For Saturday's plated lunch, please stop by the registration desk to pick up your dietary card, which you will share with your server to ensure the appropriate meal is provided.

By attending the Alberta Dental Team Summit, you grant permission for photographs or recordings of you to be used for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, now or in the future.
