A special conference rate of $379 (+$39 surcharge) per night has been arranged for participants and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited, and the group rate ends on February 22, 2026, or once the room block is full.
Please note that the starting rate when booking directly through the hotel is $899, so we encourage attendees to reserve early to take advantage of the special conference pricing.
Guests traveling with additional family members are welcome to book extra rooms within our conference block, based on availability.

Parking is located beside the Convention Centre. It is a three-level roofed parkade with 415 parking spaces:
Self-parking: $30 CAD/night, with unlimited access
Valet Parking: $49 CAD/night, with unlimited access
