What is the Alberta Dental Team Summit 2026?
The Alberta Dental Team Summit is an annual event that brings together dental professionals from across Alberta to learn, connect, and recharge. The 2026 theme is Educate, Collaborate, and Rejuvenate, featuring workshops, keynotes, and social events designed to inspire and empower the dental community.
When and where will the Summit take place?
The Summit will be held from March 26 - 28, 2026, at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta, set in the stunning Canadian Rockies.

Do I need a Park Pass to attend the Summit?
Yes, everyone visiting Banff or Lake Louise needs to purchase a Park Pass for entry into the National Park. Buy yours online and save time and hassle when arriving at the park entrance.

Do I need to be an ADA member to attend?
No, we welcome everyone from the dental community including those from outside of Alberta!
Will I receive a Continuing Education (CE) report when attending the Summit?
Yes! The Summit attendees will receive an individualized report that details the sessions and length of time they were attended. This report will be available to attendees two weeks after the Summit.
Please note, the hours issued for participation in this program does not imply acceptance by a provincial or state board of dentistry. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the requirements of their licensing board(s).

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made before February 26, 2026, are eligible for a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. After this date, refunds will not be issued.
What is included with my registration?
Your registration includes access to all sessions, workshops, and keynotes, as well as select meals, social events, and networking opportunities. Social Tickets for Non-Registrants include access to all social events.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes! We offer early bird pricing for those who register before January 9th, 2026. Additionally, when you register two or more attendees together, you will receive 10% off. You must register your team together to be eligible for the discount.
Planning your time in Banff
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, parking is available at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel for both day visitors and overnight guests for a fee. Guests who are staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs will receive discounted parking.
What is the dress code for the Summit?
Business casual is recommended for most sessions. For social events, feel free to embrace a relaxed or Rocky Mountain-inspired style. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, as there will be sessions and activities throughout the venue.
What is the weather like in Banff in March?
In March, Banff may remain cold and snowy, with winter conditions prevailing for most of the month. However, temperatures slowly begin to rise, and days become noticeably longer compared to the peak of winter. Daily temperatures average a high of 0°C to 3.5°C (32°F to 38°F) and lows of -7°C to -12°C (18°F to 10°F). We recommend bringing layers, hats & mitts and comfortable footwear.
Do you have a transportation provider?
Yes! We have an exciting partnership with Banff Airporter. As a 2026 Summit attendee, you'll enjoy 15% off your shuttle fare when you book online with the promo code ADTS2026. Please note that shuttles can fill up fast, so book at least a month in advance to guarantee availability. Offer valid for travels between March 22 and April 2, 2026.

Industry and Vendors
How can industry partners participate in the Summit?
There are two ways to participate:
- Become a sponsor and bring your organization to the forefront and engage with attendees. Custom packages start at $2,500 and are available until December 15, 2025.
- Be a Summit delegate. Industry partners are invited to join the fun and get the same all-access pass.
Important note: there is no exhibitor hall or booths for general sale. A limited number of booths are available to Summit sponsors as part of their custom sponsorship package.
Will there be opportunities for networking?
Absolutely! The Summit is designed to facilitate meaningful connections through social events, breakout sessions, and activations. Be at the forefront of these activities by becoming a sponsor.
Can I exhibit at the Alberta Dental Team Summit 2026?
The 2026 Summit will not feature a traditional exhibitor hall. A limited number of premium booths are available to Summit sponsors as part of their custom sponsorship package.
Can I speak at the Summit?
The speaker application process is now closed for 2026, but we encourage you to apply for future Summits. Session proposals can be sent to events@albertadentalassociation.ca.
